Personal Mentoring is about rebuilding your inner ecosystem, including thoughts, habits, attitudes, beliefs and self care. It's a process of asking questions and making adjustments, feeling and listening to your body.Looking at the root cause (of what is not working in your world) is my jam and I find it through emotion. The emotions are telling you what's going on and it's a matter of tuning in and listening to it.
Here are some starter questions that we can explore:- Where does life feel 'glitchy' (old ways that no longer hold true for you)?
